Wings

I remember doing a GCSE project on butterflies at school, and my art teacher complaining that I always chose "girly" topics. Considering my other projects were 'water', 'farmyard' and 'food' I'm not exactly sure what she was on about. Besides, why should we restrict butterflies to girls only? And also, I am actually a girl, so I'm not going to base all my art work on... I don't know... robots and codpieces or whatever. 

I've seen more wild butterflies this year than ever before. When I ride through the fields they swarm up in clouds. Summer has been beautiful here so far. I even have a patchy English girl tan going on. I hope everyone has lot's of fun things planned! Last week I tried Horseback Archery, which I highly recommend whether you can ride or not.
